MONOCRYSTALLINE ALUMINA
Monocrystalline Alumina is produced by fusing first class alumina & various auxiliary materials in 3000KVA tilting furnace via Eco-friendly process. During the fusing, the single crystal aluminum oxide with 1-2 micron crystal structure is formed directly.
SUNTEK Monocrystalline Alumina is with unique microfracture of fine crystal overlapping , it forms the well-developed single crystals and makes numerous sharp cutting edges, which leads to much better performance in grinding, consistent surface finishing & longer life of mechanical workpiece.
