CALCINED ALUMINA FOR ELECTRONIC CERAMICS
This product is calcined under reasonable temperature in the tunnel kiln, the product is with stable crystal form. The laser particle size analyzer is applied in the grinding process to strictly control the particle size, which result in big particle size and no aggregation. It is characterized with high melting point, high hardness value, steady crystal form and wonderful performances like stable shrinkage rate, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant. The product is a smelliness white powder with stable chemical performance and good sintering activity.
Usage:
It can be used for electrical ceramics like integrated circuit substrate, array resistance and other electronic components. It also can be used as raw materials for ceramic substrate production by tape casting process, and other electric ceramics production.
